Join Executive Board
The board meets quarterly to steer the organization and explore long-range funding opportunities.
Volunteer on Delivery Day Mondays
Every Monday three large trucks filled with nutritious groceries gets delivered to The Pantry from Feeding the Gulf Coast. We need volunteers from 8:30am-11am to partition all this food into bags for distribution on Tuesday.
Mondays are a great day for groups and organization to come to volunteer for an amazing team building experience.
Distribution Day Tuesday – 8am-Noon
Every Tuesday we distribute groceries to 450 families who have called our reservation number to make an appointment to go through the drive-thru distribution. Additionally we serve dozens of walk-ups (those who don’t have transportation), and deliver food to shut-ins, group homes, and those without transportation.
Parking Lot Crew
Help direct traffic and check folks in for their appointment. We especially need help with this during the summer months when the heat can be dangerous for some of our older volunteers. This is a very rewarding job because you have time to get to know some of the pantry clients.
Load Groceries into Cars
There’s nothing like filling a car with nutritious groceries knowing you are helping families who are experiencing food insecurity and hunger!
Walk-Ups
Every week The Pantry serves dozens of clients who are unhoused or don’t have reliable transportation. We provide custom selections of groceries based on their needs and available storage.
Delivery
We need help delivering to 200+ individuals and families every week. We are looking for volunteers who will help us one Tuesday a month to deliver to shut-ins, group homes, and others who don’t have reliable transportation.
Art Soup Planning
Art Soup Mobile is our biggest fundraiser and it takes hundreds of hours of planning and work to organize. We need potters who can provide bowls, people who can source door prizes from artists and businesses, fundraisers who can attract sponsors, chefs for soup to serve, beer and wine maker for drinks, and logistic coordinators who can help coordinate everything for the night.
Awareness & Marketing
From social media to news letters to press releases, we need your help getting the word out about the work we do at Love All Pantry.
Community Engagement
Are you a natural presenter? We need help going to churches, groups, and organizations to share the need, our vision, and opportunities for people to get involved.
